**If the Owner Cancels Their Subscription**
When the subscription owner cancels:
1. **During the grace period** (until end of billing cycle)
- Both accounts continue to work normally
- All features remain available
2. **After the subscription ends**
- Family member's receipts are transferred to the owner's account
- Family member's account is deleted
- Family member receives an email notification
- Owner keeps all data but loses scanning/export capabilities
**If the Family Member Wants to Continue**
The former family member can:
- Create a new account with their own subscription
- Note: Their previous data stays with the original owner
**Reactivating a Cancelled Subscription**
If the owner reactivates their subscription:
- They can send a new invitation to their family member
- The family member will need to create a new account
- Previous family member data remains with the owner's account
**Tips**
- Download important exports before a subscription ends
- The owner can always access all family data even after cancellation
